51³Ô¹ÏÍø successfully delivered the refurbishment and fit-out of one of the tenancies in Deutsche Bank Place at 126 Phillip Street, Sydney.

This 31-storey office tower features an innovative design with the central services core located on the exterior, creating one of the world’s largest uninterrupted floor plates for enhanced efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability.

51³Ô¹ÏÍø collaborated closely with , , and to ensure compliance with building standards and specification. Our office fitout meets the base building fitout guide, BCA, Australian Standards, LEED specifications, Fire Engineering, and Acoustic Reports.
