Design and fit-out of a functional, spacious pre-school with educational amenities, play areas and staff facilities.

70% Indigenous Engagement, 9/13 trades and services engaged were Aboriginal owned companies.

Scope of Works
  • Design of a functional, spacious preschool with educational amenity, play areas and staff facilities.
  • Co-ordinate with the client the design, budget and methodology with weekly working groups with Wunanbiri Directors, Treasurers and Teachers.
  • Co-ordination and managementof a design team involving Structural, Fire and Early Childhood Consultants.
  • Construction and management of an accelerated construction programme within the Alexandria Park Community School re development
  • Construction of a large state of the art external play area with educational amenity
  • Assistance in the lodgement of preschool compliance documentation with the Early Childhood Directorate
